The BSM 1LYQ Series Mounted One Way Disc Plough is designed for primary tillage, soil cutting and soil turning with agricultural tractors from approximately 18HP to 160HP.
The series includes 2 to 6 disc configurations, allowing buyers to select a suitable disc quantity and working width according to tractor power, soil conditions, required working depth and farm size.
Concave disc blades rotate as the tractor moves forward. The discs enter the soil, cut the upper soil layer, lift the soil and turn it toward one side.
The rotating disc structure helps the implement pass through roots, weeds and moderate crop residue while reducing soil adhesion in difficult field conditions.
The 1LYQ Series is available with different disc quantities for tractors in several horsepower ranges.
Smaller tractors can use compact configurations, while heavier tractors can be matched with larger disc quantities after tractor weight, hydraulic lifting capacity and soil resistance are confirmed.
The complete 1LYQ Series covers tractors from approximately 18HP to 160HP.
Tractor horsepower should not be the only factor used for model selection. Tractor weight, three-point hitch, hydraulic lifting capacity, soil hardness, required working depth and working width should also be considered.
The disc plough uses a tractor three-point mounting system. The mounted design provides a compact connection for field work, lifting and transportation.
Rotating concave discs are suitable for dry, hard and difficult soil where stable penetration and soil turning are required.
Actual performance depends on soil moisture, tractor traction, disc configuration and working depth.
The rotating discs can cut through roots, weeds and moderate surface residue while turning the soil.
For fields with very heavy crop residue, residue crushing or other field preparation may be required before primary tillage.
A disc plough is mainly used for primary tillage and deeper soil turning. A disc harrow is normally used later for shallower soil breaking, residue mixing and surface preparation.
For many field preparation systems, the disc plough performs the first major soil operation and the disc harrow or rotary tiller performs the following secondary tillage operation.
A rotary tiller is normally used for finer secondary tillage and seedbed preparation rather than deep primary soil turning.
After ploughing, buyers can use the 1GQN Series rotary tiller for 25-100HP tractors for further soil crushing and seedbed preparation.
A suitable disc plough configuration should be selected according to tractor power and actual field conditions.
For medium farm operations, compare the 70HP 4WD farm tractor for mixed farming and implement work.
For stronger field cultivation, compare the 80HP farm tractor for field cultivation and implement matching.
For a complete tractor, disc plough and rotary tiller solution, compare the 90HP tractor with disc plough and rotary tiller package.
The mounted one way disc plough has a simple mechanical structure and turns the soil toward one working direction.
For buyers who require hydraulic direction changing during repeated back-and-forth ploughing, compare the hydraulic two way disc plough for 65-120HP tractors.
Before ordering, provide the tractor model, horsepower, drive type, tractor weight, hydraulic lifting capacity, three-point hitch information, soil type, working width and required working depth.
The final disc quantity and configuration should be confirmed according to the actual tractor and field conditions.
Disc blades, bearings, hubs, scrapers, bolts and other selected wearing parts can be supplied together with the disc plough.
The tractor and implement can also be arranged as one export equipment package according to the final shipment plan.
The complete series covers approximately 18-160HP tractors. Final matching depends on disc quantity, machine configuration, tractor lifting capacity and soil resistance.
The series includes configurations from 2 to 6 discs.
Yes. The rotating concave discs are designed for primary tillage in dry, hard and difficult soil conditions.
Yes. The discs can cut through roots, weeds and moderate surface residue during soil turning.
A conventional mounted one way disc plough works through soil contact as the tractor moves forward and does not normally require PTO drive.
The disc plough is mainly used for deeper primary tillage and soil turning, while a disc harrow is mainly used for secondary soil breaking and surface preparation.
